Candle Care
To enjoy your candle safely and get the very best performance, always place it on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, children, and pets. Before each burn, trim the wick to around 5mm to prevent smoking and ensure a clean, even flame. Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface during the first burn to avoid tunnelling and to maximise the candle’s lifespan. Never burn your candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time, and always extinguish it gently using a snuffer where possible. Discontinue use when approximately 1cm of wax remains.

Diffuser Care
For reed diffusers, position them in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and heat sources to maintain a consistent fragrance throw. Insert the reeds into the oil and allow them to absorb the fragrance before flipping them after a few hours for an initial boost. To refresh the scent, flip the reeds periodically—typically once a week—taking care to avoid spills. The more reeds you use, the stronger the fragrance will be, so adjust to suit your space. Always place your diffuser on a stable surface and clean up any spills immediately to protect furnishings.
